Knowledge acquisition is endless and for students to prove their mettle in getting placed in MNC'S is a process. To add value to the MCA programme Graduate Trainee Programme on Java was held for 15days from 13th October to 30th October at Sri Venkateswara College of Computer Applications and Management Campus for II nd year MCA and IIIrd year MCA Students.

The training was given to the students on behalf of our management. The trainer was Mr. Ravi tatikonda, Corporate Trainer, Prithivi information Solutions, Hyderabad, he has over 7+ years of experience in the software industry as trainer and software developer in java/j2ee, web services, struts spring and hibernate ,he has valid b1/b2 visa for USA up to 2017.He has onsite training experience (as trainer) at Bhrigus inc, Edison, New Jersey (Feb 10 2010-March 10 2010) and onsite experience (as software developer) at option one mortgage corporation, Irvine, California (December 2007-march 2008),In addition he has trained over 100+ batches with an average batch size of 50.Good coding experience in java/j2ee, spring, hibernate, Sql, PL/Sql and Possess excellent presentation skills.

Java is a unique programming language for the development of enterprise grade applications. This programming Language is evolved from a language named Oak. Oak was developed in the early nineties at Sun Microsystems as a platform-independent language aimed at allowing entertainment appliances such as video game consoles and VCRs to communicate. Oak was first slated to appear in television set-top boxes designed to provide video-on-demand services. Oak was unsuccessful so in 1995 Sun changed the name to Java and modified the language to take advantage of the burgeoning World Wide Web.

As the corporate world demands large numbers of programmers in Java, The management team went ahead in organizing this program which adds a feather to the cap of Sri Venkateswara Group and the student beneficiaries, java is an object-oriented language, and this is very similar to C++. Java Programming Language is simplified to eliminate language features that cause common programming errors. Java source code files are compiled into a format called bytecode, which can be then executed by a Java interpreter.

First of all we thank our College Management for arranging this wonderful TRAINING PROGRAM. The training was very useful more than we were expected; we were well satisfied in these both theoretically as well as practically. Mr. Ravi Tatikonda, the trainer of this JAVA program is very talented and he was at his very best of teaching and hence we were able to understand even the concepts which looked complex. He has almost covered all the topics in core JAVA (basic java concepts).

The trainer also made every session interactive by making us to ask doubts in each and every topics. Even though the students were little vast in number, he made individual contact with each and every student by clearing their doubts. The trainer was very knowledgeable that he made us to work on very deeply with different instances, each and every concept. He also made diagrammatic representations to make us understand. It is because of the trainer that we have improved our knowledge a lot and made us to think on our own in the basic concept. This was also a good session that no student will think of neglecting the classes, the way of his teaching

The trainer made us to think more over the concept by preparing complex questions and also made us eligible to answer that question. It is because of the trainer, the training was a successful one. We will be very happy if we would get a chance of attending another training class with the advanced concepts with the same trainer.
