Rappelling

Our students were given a firsthand experience on Adventure by scaling down four storeys of our college. First year MBA students Princiya. M, Monica. M, Nikil. K & Sasi Gayathri. N experienced the thrill while showing their courage to the rest. Lt. Seshadri, National Adventure & Leadership school gave us a lecture on “Importance of Adventure in Life” and also inaugurated the Adventure Club.

Flying Fox

More excitement and thrill followed. Twelve of our adventure loving students took part in Flying Fox, sliding down a rope from third floor in our college campus. The safety of the participants were made sure by the NALS team with their expertise in the field.

Paalamalai Trekking

We took a day to enjoy the nature at its very best by going for a trek in the Paalamalai Hills 15kms off from Coimbatore. Cdr. Vinod Gopalan, CEO, SVCCAM, Mr.Kiruba Daniel, Lecturer – MBA dept., 64 students from SVCCAM accompanied by Lt. Sehsadri, NALS & team started from the foothills at 7am. We had a treacherous walk for 7kms testing our endurance physically and mentally. It pushed the limits of our body to stand the heat and tiredness. We reached the top of the hill around 11am and visited a few villages occupied by the natives. We took a moment at Sri Perumal temple on the Hill. It was a day for most who realized their hidden potentials and came out with lot of self confidence.
