Its an endeavor to ensure that all students are equipped with common management terms and concepts beyond the curriculum. Zero Syndrome is the order of the day at Corporate. In other words it may be termed as the concept of six sigma. The term comes from the notion that when one has six standard deviations between the process mean and the nearest specification limit, no item will fail to meet the specifications.
A guest lecture on six sigma was delivered on 18 December 2009 by Cdr Sanjay Dayal. He illustrated the origin , need and the companies practicing this business management strategy.
