It is absolutely essential to know one’s personality traits. How do we do it? Introspection over the years. A feed back form your near and dear ones. All the students of the II Year MBA are at the end of the tunnel and see a haze beacon at the other end. How do you facilitate them? Invite an expert to explain the basics and fundamentals of Johari window by an expert. That’s what we did at Sri Venkateswara ,Mr. C.K Dwarkanath from Astron Academy of Fundamental Learning, Bangalore was invited to deliver lecture on the model deviced for mapping personality awareness by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham the model by which one can identify the Open, blind, hidden and unknown personality traits. It was an excellent interactive session which will enable the students to know their strength, weakness and initiate corrective measures prior to stepping into the corporate world.
