Knowledge development and academics go hand- in hand at Sri Venkateswara. Five of our star performer in the MBA was sponsored by the management to attend an All India Management Association Conference “Knowledge 09” at the “Taj Palace”, New Delhi. The registration fee and the up and down journey which cost Rs.5000 per student, was entirely borne by the management.
Enthused by the nominations 20 students requested for permission to attend the meet at their own cost. They too were permitted to attend the event and granted on duty.
These students had the privilege of being the audience to some of the most eminent speakers in the country, like
“Mr. Sam Pitroda,:- Chairman, of Knowledge Commission..
Mr. Kamalnath: - Union Minister for road transport and highways.
Mr. Sachin Pilot: - Minister of state for communications and IT”
The star performers flew back from New Delhi and they have blogged their experience of the conference and their maiden flight experience.
